Terms & Conditions

These terms cover use of aiyu.org and the general basis on which AIYU provides development services. Every project is also governed by its own written proposal, which takes precedence where the two differ.

1. Using this website

The content on this site is provided for information. You may not copy, republish or resell it without written permission. We may update or remove content at any time.

2. Quotes and scope

The ranges shown on the pricing page are indicative, not offers. A binding price exists only in a written proposal issued for your project. That proposal lists what is included and what is explicitly excluded.

3. Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed scope is handled as a written change request with its own price and timeline, and is only started after you approve it.

4. Payment

• Projects are billed in milestones agreed in the proposal.
• Work begins after the first milestone payment is received.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
• Taxes are charged as applicable.
• Third-party costs (domain, hosting, licences, gateway fees) are paid by you directly to those providers, at cost.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, brand assets, access credentials and feedback within a reasonable time, and you confirm that any material you supply is yours to use. Delays in providing these shift the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Timelines

Timelines in a proposal are estimates made in good faith, based on the agreed scope and timely feedback. We will tell you as early as possible if anything is likely to slip.

7. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the custom code and design produced for your project transfers to you. Third-party libraries and open-source components remain under their own licences. We keep the right to describe the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Revisions and acceptance

Design stages include the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. After delivery you have a review window to report defects; work is deemed accepted once that window passes without a report.

9. Support and warranty

Each project includes a post-launch support window covering defects in the delivered work. It does not cover new features, third-party service failures, or changes made by others to the codebase.

10. Cancellation

Either side may end the engagement in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that point and we hand over everything produced so far. See our refund policy for how money already paid is treated.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, credentials and data as confidential, and will sign an NDA on request.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, or for outages caused by third-party services.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
